Since then, we have continued to put forth an exceptional design team with years of experience in the residential market. With an outstanding background of 38 years in the residential design industry, our owner Don Conway is here to make the process of your project seamless.


Our team will assist in making your dream home a reality as we specialize in all forms of custom home design and drafting. We work with you to create a collaborative design that you are sure to fall in love with whether it be a custom home, renovation, or addition.   • Consultation:

    This first stage of the process is where you will get to express your creative ideas with our team. We want you to have your dream home, and we are here to make it happen. You will be scheduled into a meeting with Don, our owner, to discuss what you're looking for, and we will then move to the preliminary phase.

  • Preliminary:

    During this step of the process we will begin drawing out your ideas within your lot specifications. Upon drawing your plan, we will have a meeting to discuss what you like and what you don't about the plan. We will then we will make changes as needed.

  • Review:

    During this phase, we will view the final preliminary document. We will discuss final changes, if any, and move on to the Construction Documents.

  • Construction Drawings:

    Upon completion of the preliminary phase, our designers will begin creating the final buildable documents. These will be given to your contractor so they can start building your project!

  • Approval:

    At this point in the process, we need to be sure that your project meets city and state standards. Upon approval, you will be able to begin building your home.

  • Build:

    During this phase of the process, we will get you in contact with one of our contractors so that your project can begin being built! With your approval, we would love photos of your final project for our social media and website!
